ABOUT ME
Growing up I was always active and outside most of the time. I had a promising start of a soccer career as teenager, but eventually decided against it. I started lifting weights at “regular” gyms. There I re-discovered my competitive side. I also wanted to learn more and more about training, nutrition and the human body, so I decided to do the personal trainer education (in Australia). Eventually I got introduced to CrossFit and that’s where I found my true passion. I started CrossFit in 2017 in Canada and have been a Coach at CrossFit Zürich since 2018. I am fascinated by what the human body and mind are capable of. There are no limits and we can constantly evolve into someone stronger, healthier and happier.
I love to coach all levels of athletes. To me, it doesn’t matter if you’re working on your first pull up or if you can string multiple muscle ups together. We’re all coming to the box to get better and there is always room for improvement. As a Coach I want share my experiences and knowledge with others and inspire them to become the best version of themselves. Even though I love competitive CrossFit I am all about longevity. I want to help our members getting stronger and fitter for LIFE inside and outside the gym.
